Yaffa was just sitting on the red chair relaxing when she saw little Dante and then her demeanor changed. Her ears shifted down and she got this sour puss look on her. She also started to growl, in a low menacing growl to warn Dante to back off. 
I'm sorry these photos are so horrible, it was taken on my cellphone which was the only camera that I had near me at the time.

When the ears flatten down like that, we call it "wearing your hat." So you could say Yaffa has her hat on!
Our cat Jordie gets that same look when Callie attacks him.. He still has ginsu knives though.. She can't hear him growling but she can see those knives comming at her..

Sebastian and Yaffa, we hope you two will get used to Dante really soon! We have to admit, we are happy he is a meezer, and a really cute one at that! Good luck to you all, things will work out between you three!

Poor Yaffa not being able to relax. But Dante's got to learn what behavior the other kitties will not accept from him.

You are going through the exact same ordeal as us! Dante is still an adorable stinker just like Toeshee.
Yaffa looks like she will not tolerate any nonsense just like my Cricket. And I bet Sebastian is a little intimidated just like my Cody is. Toeshee does that jumping on the back and biting thing too. He will also attack my feet just out of the blue. Then later he will be all sweet and cuddly. He still must sleep in the upstairs bathroom at night or there would be no peace! I keep telling myself that when he gets older it will get easier. I really understand what you're dealing with. :)
