A Very Large Grapefruit
I thought this made a cute photo. My mom had given me a Pomelo, which is a fruit very similar to grapefruit. Except I like it much better than a grapefruit because it is a lot sweeter. It has a thicker rind and is very pink inside, similar to a ruby red grapefruit. This photo shows the Pomelo next to the regular sized grapefruit. Giant!

We have never heard of a Pomelo before. It looks like a mom and baby grapefruit.
Mom didn't knew these, but ate them in Mexico. They ARE huge!

My miewmie has never heard of a pomelo ! It sounds wonderful. She will look out next time she goes to Waitrose incase they import them to the Yoo Kay.

WOW!! That is really a BIG grapefruit!! How huge must the tree be to hold such big things...?
