Grace is Growing
When we were up at the G-ma & G-pa's farm a few weeks back, we were so happy to see Grace. Grace is a Belgium horse bred usually to be a draft horse, to pull carriages, tractors, or sleds. She is still a "baby" she is a little under 2 years old. She has grown a lot since we last saw her. Here is a photo of her in her stall. She loves to eat hay, and for treats she gets a carrot, or peppermint candy.

Oh, she's adorable! Mom was once in love with a pony called Joe-Joe. He loved peppermint candy, too! How cool is it that you can go to a real farm if you want to!!!
We love big horses around here, since we are at the heart of Percheron country!
Grace is a beautiful horse! She looks so shiny. I love your kitty videos! I see the kitties don't appreciate the "paparazzi". :)
Billie likes to sleep in the cat carrier. It's nice and dark and quiet in there.

She's beautiful :-D And going to get so much bigger. There is a farm down the road that has Belgians. Weather permitting, they're out pulling a wagon practicing for the events they go to. Very impressive and beautiful horses :-D

Grace is beautiful, but a bit scary. Can't believe she eats peppermint candy! Who'd've thunk it?
