Cooking up a storm

Since I "work from home" these days, I have had lots of time to cook and try out new recipes. The other day I learned to make pizza dough. I don't know why I always thought it was difficult to do, but it's actually quite easy! And the pizza came out great! Notice on the bottom right corner, I had to try some of the crust. Haha, it's my favorite part of a pizza. You think anyone will notice a piece missing?

I also made my mom's recipe for fun goh or "chinese dumplings". These little goodies are pretty labor intensive but so worth it when they are done. It has a pork, cabbage and carrot filling and boy are they just delicious.

This is what it looks like before they are steamed.
