STATEN ISLAND!!! Thanks to everyone that guess the name of the bridge contest! The right answer is Verrazano-Narrows Bridge, and is the suspension bridge that connects Brooklyn to Staten Island. The bridge is over 2 miles long, and since its so long, when building it, the engineers had to consider the curvature of the earth. How cool is that!

Hope the kids are settling in. My mom lived in Manhattan for a while but never did go to Staten Island. Of course, that was way before my time. I bet it's fun!
