Yaffa has never really been one for toys but I captured this photo some time ago of her sleeping next to one of the toy mousies. Look how happy she looks. She's even smiling. She must be dreaming about chasing the mouse. Doesn't she look extremely content?

Vinny is a gorgeous ginger. He reminds me of a kitty my grandmother had named Cinnamon.
We really, really liked the new Star Trek movie too! My husband is a big Trekkie and I have become a fan too.
Oh, Caprese salad is my favorite salad! I could eat it every week in the summer. Yours looks so pretty!
