This first photo was taken on a ferry, on our way to the Island of Cozumel. Cozumel is directly across from Playa. Cozumel is known for their coral reefs so we did a lot of snorkeling there. We saw an enormous Barracuda fish!
This next photo is one of the beaches in Cozumel. At this beach, it was a bit rocky, lots of big rocks along the coast. We did a bit of snorkeling here, and saw a lot of small tropical fish.
This is a picture of me with a man dressed up like a Mayan. He had the most amazing costume, don't you think?

Cozumel looks much better than it did when we were there--just a week after Rita. Our cruise was supposed to go in but we just anchored and brought supplies in.

That looks wonderful!!!! The PM and MM went down South a couple of years ago for a wedding and loved it! Those pics make them want to go back!
