What a great face!

I love this photo of Yaffa because it looks like she is talking. I took this photo one day when Yaffa was sitting really close to me. Doesn't she look like she is talking? So cute.

This is the first cat blog posting that doesn't feature one of our cats. But, I saw this in a magazine and absolutely loved it. Now, I wonder if I can teach Yaffa Cat and Sebastian Kitty to use this. That sure would be something! And for $29, what a bargain!

Sleeping Beauty

On a lazy Saturday afternoon, little Sebastian kitty has found a great place to take a cat nap. He just loves the window sill. It's a great warm place to sleep, with the sun beaming down on him. I love how he naps, with his hands tucked under his head. I have to stop myself from wanting to pick him up and cuddle him, he's soooo cute!

Yaffa's new hiding place

Lately, when we can't find Yaffa, we find her in her new hiding spot. She likes to crawl into the cat carrier and take a cozy nap. She usually hates this carrier, because it usually means she's off to the vet, or going in a car ride which she hates. But lately, she has found this spot very comforting. Sometimes we'll even catch Sebastian napping there too. Hopefully the next time we have to use the carrier, they won't find it so scary.

Sebastian sure finds some strange places to sit and relax. Look where we found him sitting one day. I guess he finds it comforting up there. This cat has so much character! He always puts a smile on my face.

Mom's baby.

Even though Sebastian is 2 months shy of being a year old, Mommy Yaffa still thinks he's a baby kitty. I always catch her grooming him, and making sure he's sparkling clean. What a good mommy!

1. Sebastian loves water. And loves to drink directly from the sink.

Where is Sebastian kitty? He just loves wrestling with our clothes. Sometimes we find him napping in a basket of laundry. Thank goodness for lint rollers!

The cats like to sit on our chairs. They love it. Look at Yaffa in the far back. They act like humans sometimes, more than cats. It's almost like they are saying, we would like to be served our dinner now.

Where is the kitty cat? This month, I helped out a friend and fed their cat while they were away on vacation. This is where Chatty catty loved to hide out. How funny!

This photo of Sebastian was taken not too long ago. Sebastian isn't quite 1 yrs. old yet. He has 3 more months to go, but look how's he grown. He's mom's big cat now, I can barely call him kitten anymore. Although, in my eyes, he'll always be kitten to me.

A New Trick Learned from His Mom

Sebastian is truly his mom's kitten. He has learned a new trick from Yaffa Mommy Cat. Check this out, He now also licks Kyle's head Just like Yaffa Mommy Cat.
They really do think Kyle is a cat! Now they both groom his fuzzy head.

I will chew you to oblivion!

This is the funniest trick that Sebastian kitty does. We like to suction cup the mouse to the fridge and he tries his best to bite it off. He will demolish the mousey. I will chew you off, I will!

Swat, Swat

Luna gave the kitties this great toy. Sebastian absolutely loves it. He already demolished one of them. He likes the fur on the mousy. He loves to swat, swat the toy. We love to suction cup the mousey to the fridge so he can swat away. However, he has figure out how to bite the mousey off the fridge. Sebastian, he's so smart!

Sebastian goes through phases of favorite places to sleep. The bath tub, my suitcase, on the bed, on the scratcher but here is little Sebastian kitty's new favorite place

Playing with the ball of yarn.

Luna gave the kittys this ball of yarn toy. Sebastian loves to attack it when we swing it around. We'll find pieces of yarn everywhere. He's pretty much destroyed it, almost no yarn left.

Peas in a pod!

Yaffa and Sebastian have a very close bond. They are inseparable. They hang out together all the time. An adorable mother and son pair. Here I found them hanging out on the futon. Like peas in a pod.

Little Sebastian Sleeping On the Scratcher

I've been a bad person and have not been posting to the blog. The cats have been mad at me. I tried to explain to them that I've been swammped at work and been out of the country on vacation, but they don't care. They don't want to hear my excuses. So I promised to be better about posting. Look how cute Sebastian is. He's trying to sleep on his scratcher, until I snapped this photo.
