It was a beautiful spring day with the sun shining, and it felt good to feel the warm sun. It's still somewhat chilly out at 53 degrees but much better than what we have been getting. The cats were staring at the window a sign that I should open it for them to sit on the sill. As soon as I opened the window, the cats sniffed the spring air. Ahhhh, how they love to relax on the window sill and watch the neighborhood birds, "pigeons". Sebastian gets especially excited. He wants to catch one. :)

There is nothing quit so wonderful as the smell of spring air!
Spring!! We love it here... My mom's favorite season!! Catching a bird sounds like something I would like to do! Big sister, the human Sarah says NO! NO! Cheyenne! She volunteers for the local bird clinic... every year.
Oh the first few times windows are opened are the best!

I love open windows in spring, too! Fancy pigeons (mourning doves) visit me in my yard. I laugh when I see them.

I can't wait until the window gets opened!!! Yesterday it was sunny but not real warm...but mom opened the window anyway...yaay!!!

Sebastian looks so happy in his window! I love how excited the kitties get when it's finally warm enough to open a window. They remind us to appreciate the simple things. :)
